Steve Jobs was adopted. His biological father was Abdulfattah Jandali, a Syrian Muslim.

Steven Paul Jobs was born in San Francisco, California, on February 24, 1955, the son of Joanne Carole Schieble and Abdulfattah Jandali. He was adopted by Clara (née Hagopian) and Paul Reinhold Jobs. Jandali, Jobs’s biological father, was Syrian and went by the name “John”.

Jobs’ biological father, Abdulfattah “John” Jandali was the youngest of nine children born into a wealthy Syrian muslim family.
