Vin Diesel was offered his first acting role after he broke into a NYC theater with intentions of vandalizing it.
According to the Vin Diesel Handbook, he broke into the theater with his brother and some friends when they were caught by a play director. But instead of calling the police, she gave them $20 and a script, casting them be a part of her next show.
